Make useful business work repeatable.
A Routine is a recurring instruction. A Task is one execution of that instruction. Runaira keeps these roles separate so recurring business automation uses the same work system you already rely on.
Choose what repeats and when
Define an instruction for a supported content or connected inbox workflow and set a practical recurring schedule. Daily, weekly, selected weekdays and monthly schedules keep setup understandable, with timezone-aware scheduling. Each Routine belongs to a specific business.
Create one Task for each scheduled occurrence
The dispatcher checks that the Routine is enabled and its business and required capability remain available. Occurrence tracking prevents duplicate Tasks for the same scheduled run. Generated Tasks retain their originating Routine reference and their own attempts and results.
Pause automation without losing history
Owners can pause, resume, edit or disable Routines. Pausing does not delete earlier Tasks. Global Pause suspends automated routine execution while preserving configuration. A failed Task remains visible without turning an otherwise valid Routine into a successful-looking event.
Keep approval and connection boundaries
A recurring inbox review requires that business’s Gmail connection and remains bounded and read-only. A Routine does not bypass owner confirmation for Gmail draft creation. Content work produces drafts; it does not schedule social posts, publish them or spend an ad budget.
A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Every Monday, prepare social text for one business. Each Monday creates a separate content Task, which can produce a draft or report a failure and remains available in that business’s history.
