Turn an idea into work explicitly
An onboarding outcome is saved as intent only. It does not start AI generation. When a supported outcome is ready, the owner explicitly begins work. Live Task workflows reuse text content generation and connected Gmail capabilities rather than pretending planned lead research or publishing has run.
Follow status backed by real execution
Tasks can be Queued, Working, Waiting for approval, Completed, Failed or Canceled as appropriate to actual work. A saved content draft can complete a content Task without implying it was published. A provider failure remains a failure and does not erase the Task.
Keep attempts separate from the request
A Task is the durable piece of work, while provider attempts and AI jobs track execution. A retry can remain associated with the same Task, keeping the original request and failure history intact instead of making duplicate user work.
Return to the result and its history
Task detail shows what was requested, which business owns it, what happened and what result exists. Linked drafts, attempts and events persist through navigation and later sessions. Business switching scopes the list and detail to the selected workspace.
