TERMS OF SERVICE

Use Runaira with clear expectations.

These terms govern use of Runaira’s early-access website and product. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Effective October 7, 2026.

1. Using the service

These terms apply between you and the operator of Runaira (“Runaira,” “we” or “our”) when you use the service at runaira.com. By creating an account or using Runaira, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Contact support@runaira.com with questions.

Runaira is intended for people authorized to manage the businesses they add. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to provide that business’s information, connect its services and approve its work.

2. Early-access scope

Runaira helps owners of multiple businesses maintain separate context, work with an AI partner, prepare text drafts, create persistent Tasks, schedule supported Routines and review actual Work Log events. Features may be limited, unavailable or changed during early access. Review the Features page for current supported workflows.

No public paid subscription, timed free trial, unlimited usage entitlement or recurring charge is created by the current signup flow. Any future paid offering must show its price and applicable terms before you choose it. Do not assume that early access guarantees future access, a future price or a particular feature.

3. Account responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and businesses you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the information and instructions you submit and for reviewing work before approving an external action. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Do not use Runaira to violate law or third-party rights, impersonate others, submit harmful or abusive content, access another owner’s records, evade usage limits or interfere with the service. Do not place passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive information in prompts or support requests.

4. AI output and owner judgment

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your business. Verify facts, recipients, claims, prices and instructions before using a result. A recommendation is not a verified business outcome, and generated content is not professional legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice.

You retain responsibility for business decisions and for the accuracy and lawful use of content you supply, approve or share. Runaira does not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads, performance, uninterrupted service or error-free results.

5. Preparation, approvals and execution

A saved text draft is not a published post. A Task is complete only with respect to the supported work it actually performs. A Routine repeats supported work and does not authorize a sensitive external action by itself. Connection, business-scoping and approval requirements still apply.

Current Gmail draft creation requires explicit owner review and confirmation. The draft is created in Gmail; it is not sent. Automatic Gmail sending, social publishing, financial actions, refunds, ad creation or spending, and unsupported customer connectors are not part of the current product. Items marked Soon cannot be executed.

You may pause supported Routines or use Global Pause. Check actual status and Work Log records when an operation fails or its outcome is uncertain; do not assume it succeeded.

6. Your content and connected services

Only provide content and account access that you have the right to use. You authorize Runaira and its service providers to process submitted information as needed to deliver the workflows you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not claim ownership of your business information or guarantee exclusive rights in AI-generated output.

Connected services, including Gmail and Canva, have their own terms, permissions and availability. Their capabilities, errors or account restrictions may affect Runaira workflows. You may disconnect supported connections in Runaira and revoke provider access through the provider. Disconnecting does not automatically remove earlier work or provider-side drafts.

7. Availability and limits

Runaira and its providers may apply usage limits, reject unsupported requests or be temporarily unavailable. Save and review important work through the available product controls. Do not use early-access availability as the sole safeguard for time-critical or high-risk operations.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No particular legal jurisdiction, dispute-resolution procedure, certification or service-level commitment is represented by this page.

8. Stopping use and data requests

You may stop using Runaira and disconnect supported services. Self-service account deletion and complete data export are not currently available. Send account-closure, access or deletion requests to support@runaira.com; see the Privacy Policy for current controls and storage limits.

9. Changes and contact

The product and these terms may change during early access. The effective date identifies this version. Review updated terms before continuing to use changed services, and contact us if you need clarification.
