Let AI prepare the work. Keep the decision yours.

AI workflow automation is useful only when the boundary between preparation and action is clear. Runaira gives owners a way to review supported work without treating a generated suggestion as permission to execute it.

Distinguish a draft from an external action

A content result is a saved draft. It has not been published or turned into an ad campaign. Inbox Intelligence provides suggestions rather than sending a response. These distinctions remain visible in Task status and result language.

Approve Gmail draft creation with full context

The owner reviews the selected business, recipient, subject, source thread and proposed reply before confirming draft creation. The server records the request, approval and actual outcome. A provider error is shown as a failure rather than a claim that a draft was created.

Keep recurring work inside existing permissions

Routines can create supported Tasks, but a schedule is not permission for a sensitive external action. Global Pause and business-scoped permissions remain in place. A recurring inbox review does not gain an automatic-send path.

Understand today’s scope

Human-approved Gmail drafts are live. Automatic sending, social publishing, ad campaign execution and financial actions are not available here. The approval philosophy is shared across the product, but this page does not claim a general-purpose action engine for every future integration.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

Echo prepares a reply to a refund request. You can review and approve a Gmail draft, but no refund is executed and no message is automatically sent.
