Catch up on business email. Keep control of the reply.
Runaira connects to a business’s Gmail account for inbox intelligence and human-approved drafts. It helps you prepare a response while keeping the decision to create a draft explicit—and leaving sending outside this workflow.
Understand a bounded inbox review
Inbox Intelligence reviews up to eight threads from the latest bounded manual sync. It provides categories, priority suggestions, concise summaries and suggested replies where appropriate. This is a review of the synced selection, not a claim that Echo checked every message in the account.
Review suggestions before creating a draft
Before Gmail draft creation, the owner sees the business, recipient, subject, source thread and proposed reply. Explicit confirmation is required. A successful response means a Gmail draft was created, not that an email was sent or a business action was performed.
Keep automated notices out of reply workflows
Sender, header and content signals help identify automated or no-reply notifications. Obvious system messages do not encourage reply or draft creation by default. An important security notice can still matter without being treated as a customer support conversation.
Respect the connected business and permissions
A disconnected business must connect Gmail before inbox work can run. Connection and saved inbox data remain business-scoped. Runaira does not automatically send, label, archive or delete email, and a refund or cancellation request does not execute a refund or cancellation.
A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Review a customer’s question, edit the suggested answer, and confirm Create Gmail Draft. The draft is prepared for review in Gmail; the customer has not received a message.
