Give Echo a Business Brain, not a fresh explanation every time.
Useful AI work starts with knowing which business it serves. Business Brain provides the shared business context behind Echo and text content generation, so your instructions have a home beyond a single conversation.
Start with a website—or enter details manually
Website-first onboarding scans accessible public pages within safety and size limits, then proposes business information for review. A website is not required. Manual setup uses the same underlying Business Brain and works for new, private or not-yet-launched businesses.
Review before extracted information becomes fact
Website extraction can be incomplete or uncertain. You can confirm, edit, ignore and add information. Important extracted facts retain source URLs where available. AI suggestions and unconfirmed website details are not silently treated as established business facts by the Content Engine.
Give work a direction
Choose goals such as content creation or customer email, then save relevant audience, product, service, tone and owner instructions. These details help you prepare a useful brief. They do not authorize a connection or external action just because a goal was selected.
Use one shared context across supported workflows
Business Brain supplies selected-business context to Echo and the shared Content Engine. It is not a separate profile for each provider. OpenAI and Gemini receive the same approved context boundary, while each business retains its own goals and knowledge.
A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Review a website’s product description, correct the audience, and save the tone you want. Your next caption draft can use that approved context without assuming a discount or customer claim you never supplied.
