Runaira: AI Operator for Owners of Multiple Businesses

Three separate business notebooks in wine, dusty rose and plum, with an owner reviewing a paper draft
Separate business context. Thoughtful owner review.

Your businesses. One AI operator.

Every business gets its own AI context. Nothing happens without your approval.

One owner can run a shop, a service business and another brand. The owner is the same; the products, customers, tone and priorities are not. Runaira is built around that distinction: one AI partner to work with, while each business keeps the context that belongs to it.

Approval means you choose the work and its permissions. A supported Task starts when you ask it to. An enabled Routine can repeat the preparation you have authorized without asking again for every step. Creating a Gmail draft still requires explicit review and confirmation. Runaira currently does not send email or publish social posts—even after review.

AI business management software for owners running multiple businesses

Runaira gives business context and delegated work a place to live beyond a single conversation. Echo is your AI business partner. Each workspace has its own Business Brain, goals, instructions, connections, Tasks, Routines, drafts and work records.

If you switch from a retail business to a consulting business, the retail audience and product details should not become the consulting business’s instructions. Sharing an owner account does not mean sharing one mixed Business Brain. Account-level partner preferences, such as the name and communication style you choose, are separate from those business-specific records.

Prepare useful work. Keep the decision.

An AI operator should make its work reviewable. A suggestion is not permission to act, and a generated draft is not a customer commitment. You supply approved facts, choose a supported assignment and inspect the result.

  • Content: prepare business-aware text, save the draft and review its facts and tone.
  • Gmail: review a bounded set of connected inbox threads and suggested replies. Confirm the recipient, subject, source thread and proposed reply before creating a draft.
  • Tasks: keep the original request, status, attempts and linked result available across sessions.
  • Routines: repeat supported, authorized work while business scoping and approval requirements still apply.
  • Work Log: inspect actual Task and Routine events, including failures. It is not a persistent chat-history feature.

What “operator” means in early access

The current loop is straightforward: learn the business, delegate supported work, prepare a result, review it and record what happened. The supported Gmail write operation is draft creation. Automatic sending, social publishing, financial actions, refunds and ad spending are not available.

Business-scoped SEO supports content ideas, article drafts and basic public-page checks, with owner approval required before hosted article publication. Leads and Ads remain non-executable Soon items. Customer Google Analytics and Search Console connections are not implemented. Public pricing and a paid free-trial offer are not active. Explore the current Features and early-access availability before deciding whether Runaira fits your work.

A record of work, not an invented command center

Persistent work matters because an owner needs to see what completed, what failed and which business it served. A completed Task represents the supported operation it performed; it does not prove a post was published or an email was sent.

A daily briefing across every business is a separate future milestone. Runaira’s current story does not depend on promising a cross-business morning command center that is not live. The Work Log and selected-business Home show actual records instead.

Start with one business and one useful assignment

Add a business, review its Brain and choose a specific result: a product description, a service announcement or a supported inbox review. Read the result before using it. Add a Routine only when the recurring work and its boundaries are clear.

Then switch businesses. Its goals, instructions and drafts should stay with that workspace. The advantage is practical: less repeated explanation, persistent work and a clearer boundary between preparation and permission.
